6. Studio Policies and Rules

- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
6.2 Health and Safety Requirements

- Report injuries immediately to staff
6.3 Equipment and Facilities
- Use equipment only under supervision or with proper authorization
- Return equipment to designated areas after use
- Report damaged equipment immediately
- No food or beverages (except water) in studio areas
- Personal belongings stored at your own risk
6.4 Class Policies
- Arrive 10 minutes early for class preparation
- Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons
- Cell phones must be silenced during classes
- Photography/recording prohibited without permission
- Children not participating in classes are not permitted in studio areas
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Use of alcohol or illegal substances on premises
- Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- Bringing weapons or dangerous items
- Unauthorized use of studio name, logo, or likeness
- Competing business activities on premises
- Violation of other clients' privacy
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Studio Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property belong to Meliá Pilates Studio, including:
- Class routines and methodologies
- Written materials and handouts
- Audio and video recordings
- Studio branding and trademarks
- Software and digital content
8.2 Client Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Record or photograph classes without permission
- Reproduce or distribute studio materials
- Use studio intellectual property for commercial purposes
- Teach or demonstrate studio methods outside the studio
9. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
9.1 Assumption of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise involves inherent risks
- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
- You are responsible for your own safety and well-being
- The studio cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
